What is Green Park?

Green Park is about 17 hectares (ha) residential areas in the East of Jakarta.

Green Park Residence dengan areal seluas 17 hektar, menjadi salah satu pelopor konsep hunian hijau di Indonesia, mempertahankan komposisi ruang publik dengan bangunan didalamnya tetap berimbang.

Green Park is sited at the side of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR), between TMII and Jatiasih.

From Jakarta, through Cawang, enter the Jagorawi highway. After TMII, enter JLJ highway, take route to Cilangkap. Then, take the Jatiwarna exit. Alternatively, use JLJ highway from Pondok Indah route, go to the East and take the Jatiwarna exit.

Out from Jatiwarna Exit, it is about 800 meters. Take U-turn to the South of JLJ highway. Green Park’s main gate positioned at the artery beside the South of JLJ highway.

Although it is 3 minutes from TMII, Green Park is included in Bekasi territory.

Green Park’s developer is Buana Global Propertindo, LLC (BGP)

In Cibubur, BGP has developed Cibubur Point Automotive Center; a commercial district consists of shop buildings and kiosks. Other company within BGP group also has developed hotels and resorts in Bali, Thousand Islands, Cisarua, and Ujung Kulon.

For now, Green Park has launched the type: 48:90, 72:120, 142:120, 196:162.

Green Park does not market terrain for it is selling house building only.

Cotton Wood cluster that has been marketed is provided with tennis court, 3 on 3 basket court, and Children’s Playground. All Green Park tenants are facilitated with a Club House, consisting of swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center; Jogging Track, an extensive green area, and Children’s Playground for each cluster. Interestingly, there is Exclusive Shuttle, transportation facility from Green Park to Jakarta for residents whose routines are in Jakarta.

Green Park uses cluster system, which the residence is divided into clusters with one way in and out. Cluster gates are applied with Electric Boom Gate. The most important thing is that each cluster is provided with CCTV supporting internal security surveillance.

No, it is using underground cable system.

Green Park and its neighborhood up to Cibubur have not been serviced by PAM. Water sources are acquired from drilled well which gives fine quality water.

It is located in Green Park area, which can be accessed from the main gate beside the JLJ highway.

It is opened everyday, non-stop even on holidays from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Frequently, Green Park Marketing Executives are still in the site until 9 p.m. giving services.
